Hot Swappable Mid-range PLC – AH Series

AH Series PLC provides automation solutions for high-level applications. The combination of modularized hardware structure, advanced functions, and the highly integrated software provides a system solution for process control applications. In addition to various function blocks (FB), excellent price/performance, and an abundant selection of extension modules, AH Series PLC also provides multi-axis motion control via motion network, such as EtherCAT, to perform high-speed, high-precision machine control. The exceptional system expandability also greatly reduces the system cost for a broad range of applications.

AH Series Standard CPU

The AH500 supports excellent motion control functions including 3-axis linear interpolation, 2-axis arc interpolation, and 3-axis helical interpolation. In addition, the AH500 is capable of controlling up to 12 axes or 4 groups of 3-axis interpolation synchronously at 1ms through Delta’s high speed DMCNET motion control network. The AH500 satisfies requirements for complex processing or precise motion control and is effective for applications such as building material processors, warp knitting machines and food packaging machines.

AH Series Motion CPU

AH Motion is the advanced motion control series with dedicated motion control CPUs and shares the same modules with AH series PLCs. Compact Modular Mid range PLC – AS Series

The Delta Compact Modular Mid-range PLC AS Series is a high performance multi-purpose controller designed for all kinds of automated equipment. It features Delta’s self-developed 32-bit SoC CPUs for enhanced execution speed (40 k steps/ms) and supports up to 32 extension modules or up to 1,024 inputs/outputs. EC3 series is the most economical solution for sequential control and communication monitoring and can operate independently, allowing the user to achieve stand-alone monitor, e.g. monitoring phototransistor coupler, proximity switch, optical sensor, indicator and illumination switch. Through serial ports, EC3 is able to connect to control devices such as PLC, frequency inverter and temperature controller, which can be said to be a programmable application solution that is cost-friendly and highly reliable.
